Athletes are required to be covered by primary insurance in order to participate in athletics at Bethel College.

• The insurance policy must cover athletic injuries in the state of Kansas.
• No international plans.
• Out of state Medicaid is typically not accepted.

Bethel College offers primary insurance that you will be required to purchase if your primary insurance does not meet these requirements.

All athletes must pay $500 per year for required secondary athletic insurance.

For those who carry primary insurance, we must verify that your coverage meets our requirements.

You will receive an email with a link to a form you must fill out so we can verify your insurance meets our requirements.

You will need to upload a copy of your insurance card as part of this review process.
